IIT Hyderabad (IITH) is attracting national attention as India's first 3-D printed bridge has been deployed in the campus. The uniqueness of the design is the minimisation of use of concrete and reinforcement. The concept of the bridge was developed broadly following 'Material follows Force' and reinforcement/shape have been determined from stress analysis.
